Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Moriarty, NM crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.

Our trucks stock exclusion-grade hardware cloth, rodent-proof sealant, and attic sanitizing agents, not just consumer traps. Each exclusion job comes with before-and-after documentation of the sealed gaps, so you know exactly what was done and where.
Ground-level burrow treatment and foundation-gap sealing for the larger rats typically found near woodpiles, sheds, and crawl spaces.

Trapping handles what's inside now; sealing is what keeps new rodents from replacing them.
Dry sweeping droppings can release airborne particles; it's safer to let the crew handle cleanup with the right protective equipment.
Most single-family homes take one visit for trapping and sealing, with a follow-up 1-2 weeks later to confirm no new activity.
